Wont zinc react to the steel frame and corrode quicker?

You are correct to a degree. When using the Self-Tapping Screw (Zinc) # FA1131822 to ground to a steel frame, it comes down to what type of steel the frame is constructed of.
The Self-Tapping Screw (Zinc) # FA1131822 is ok to be used with galvanized steel and stainless steel.
The only steel that could cause issues would be non-galvanized steel.
