The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier - 2" Hitch # e98ZR will work perfectly with your 225/75R16 tire/wheels.

This is a pretty simple application but we do include an adjustable stop collar to make it easier to line up your hitch pin holes.
