Can Redarc Tow Pro Liberty Bypass Factory Controller of 2018 Ford F-350

Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller - Proportional Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers Part Numbers: RED24FR,331-TPH-007 Will this product override my factory controller? Is it true plug and play I like that it is small and out of the way. What is the difference between these and the big knee busters e used to run? My truck is a 2018 f350 Thank you very much

The Redarc Tow Pro Liberty part # RED24FR with the install harness part # 331-TPH-007 does plug right into your 2018 Ford F-350 for a plug and play install that is very easy. You will need to take the truck to a dealer to clear the brake controller error code that will pop up but that's it.

This brake controller functions just as well as any standard brake controller that mounts to the lower dash like you mentioned but it does so while being able to be out of the way with just a knob instead which is really convenient.
