We do have a couple options for a 5th wheel hitch in your 2021 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2' bed.

The first would be to use the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550040, which would need the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit # DM8552028-71 for installation. This is a unique auto-sliding 5th wheel trailer hitch that offers up to 22-1/2" of travel. The reason for this is that the 5-1/2' bed you have is just too short for a standard sliding 5th wheel hitch because they won't allow for enough turning clearance during 90 degree turns.

Your other option would be to use a rotating pin box with a fixed hitch like the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP56034-53. To go this route you will need your pin box information to get the correct rotating pin box.
