Began to whine, and turn slower and slower then quit. This is all I have for identification DC-MOTOR SPECIFICATION OF HE FIFTH WHEEL RATED DR 12V 30A E226168 PROTECT WITH 30A FUSE AND SLIP CLUTCH PART NO. 1RV-200 SER. NO. THE FIFTH WHEEL 10073807

Based on your description it sounds like you need a replacement motor for your landing gear. The correct replacement for your 1RV-200 is the # LC142178. If you need a replacement gear box as well then you can use the # LC276602.
