5 on 5 or 5 on 4-3/4 Lug Pattern? How to Determine Which You Have

I would be happy to help you. The second 5 in the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K 5 on 5 pattern is referring to the placement of the lug studs. Since yours are 2-3/4 center to center you will need a 5 on 4-3/4 pattern. The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-3/4 item # AKHD-5475-35-EZ-K are identical to the ones you were looking at and fit the same spindle size. The only difference is they have the 5 on 4-3/4 lug pattern you will need for your trailer.
I have linked a help article below that will explain lug patterns in detail.
