Will Curt Combo Bar With 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver Fit Inside 2-1/2" Receiver
Question:
Do you know if this bar will fit into a 2.5” class iv receiver opening? I see above it says wall thickness is 0.21” so I am guessing it measures about 2.42” OD, correct? In which case it should slide into a 2.5” receiver opening?

I went out to our warehouse and measured the Curt Combo Bar with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver - 48" Long - Unpainted # C49480. It is exactly 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" so it will not fit in your receiver. I'm not 100% sure what you were going to use this for, but if you are looking for a 2-1/2" receiver extension I recommend checking out the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches - 24" to 34" Long # C45048.
