To tow your 2010 Jeep Wrangler JK by the D-Rings you would need to first verify that the bumper is rated to tow with. To do this you would need to contact the manufacturer of the bumper.

The adapter you're referring to to fit a 3/4" thick D-Ring mount and Roadmaster tow bar would be the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 3/4" Thick # RM-035. That being said these types of adapters are not compatible with coupler mounted tow bars like your StowMaster # RM-501.

If you wanted to use the D-Ring adapters you would need a tow bar like the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522.

If you want to use your StowMaster then you'll need to use crossbar style baseplates like the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-4.

If you have anymore questions please feel free to reach back out and I can help ensure you have everything you need to flat tow your Wrangler.
