I contacted the manufacturer with the error code and issues you are having and they provided some troubleshooting options that I have included here for you.

The LF jack error means the system lost communication with the jack during the process. We would suggest checking your battery voltage after disconnecting from all shore power, fuses in the back of your controller, and the harness from your jack to the controller.

To clear the error, you will want to extend all jacks a minimum of 6 inches then press and hold the retract button until all jacks have been rehomed.

I would also suggest using a digital multi-meter like the # PT89ZR to test voltages at the battery. When testing, you want to disconnect from all shore power, solar power, generators, and bumper plugs.
