Which Reese Goose Box Adapter Fits 2021 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series
Question:
Will the bolt holes on the Reese Goosebox match the holes on the Grand Design Reflection 150 Series trailers such as the 280RS? Is a slider fifth wheel hitch necessary for a 2020 Chevy 2500HD with a 6.5 ft bed?

The 2021 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series uses a Lippert 1621 pin box so for a Reese Goose Box you'd want the part # RP85FR and you'd be set. Since this trailer has a tapered nose designed for better short bed turning clearance and your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD has a longer "short" bed at 6.5 foot you would not need a slider hitch and could use the Goose Box.
If your truck does not have a gooseneck hitch currently the B and W Turnoverball part # BWGNRK1020 would be a really great option is confirmed to fit. It's made in the USA and is widely considered to be the best hitch out there.
