To install the replacement straps # 3373028819 on your Buyers Products Ratchet Straps for Square Tube Ladder Racks # 3375480005 you'll need to remove the locknut and tang washer on the knob end of the spool shaft, remove the strap, and then fit the spool shaft back in through the mounting bracket and the opened end of the straps (the end opposite of the hooks).
