I believe you have Dexter 8-283 drums which would mean that the 10" x 1-1/2" Electric Brake Shoe/Lining (One Wheel) # bp04-065 you were already looking at are the correct fit for your 1995 Jayco Eagle 230SL's brakes.
I also recommend swapping out your springs with the Replacement Brake Spring Set for Dexter 10" x 1-1/2" Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # K71-362-00 since they're most likely rusted or worn out as well.
