Does The Slide Out Have To Be In Or Out To Install A Slide Topper
Question:
I am a permanent set up. Does the slide need to be in to install or can it be out? Thank you

You'll need to run the slide out back in to complete the installation of the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000163302. Having installed these myself I recommend having two or three people with you and at least 3 ladders to maneuver the awning up into the extrusion rail.
It's not heavy but with yours being 14' in length it does get awkward to hold and move around. I've attached a video below where I installed a similar slide topper to help walk you through the process.
