My recommendation for increasing the stability of the 2020 Ford F-53 chassis is to replace the factory installed sway bars and adding a steering stabilzer.

- Front Anti-Sway bar, # RM-1139-148
- Rear anti-sway bar, # RM-1139-149
- Steering Stabilizer, # RM-RBK25-RSSA

You may or may not need # RM-590050-00 for square U-bolts or Round U-Bolt Kit, # RM-590050-10.

- Rear Axle, SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs, # SSR-187-54-1
- Front Axle, SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs, # SSF-170-40-2

Most OEM installed chassis components of this nature are insufficient once a coach builder has added their items to the chassis. This is especially true of the the factory sway bars Ford Chassis. They simply are not in the same league as the the aftermarket sway bars available from Roadmaster. I recommend Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway bar, # RM-1139-148 and Rear anti-sway bar, # RM-1139-149.

Before placing order, take a look at your factory installed U-bolts to ensure they are long enough to support addition of a washer and 1/2" plate that comes with the kit. If they are not, you will require either Extended U-Bolt Kit for Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-590050-00 for square U-bolts. Or, Extended Round U-Bolt Kit, # RM-590050-10.

The correct steering stabilizer is Roadmaster Reflex, # RM-RBK25-RSSA This is is a highly rated upgrade by customers for the Ford F-53. The sturdy steel spring on this stabilizer keeps your Ford F-53 in line by constantly working to maintain its position. Mount it between the steering mechanism and the chassis for a tight connection that will minimize wander and correct oversteering.

Each spring in this kit is bolted to two mounting brackets. One bracket is attached to the frame of your vehicle, and the other bracket is attached to the axle, typically above your existing factory leaf spring. Because each helper spring is in full contact at the top and bottom of the suspension's travel, the expanding and contracting action of the SumoSprings enhances your ride under all conditions, not just when it's loaded. And the closed-cell urethane springs act like a shock absorber to dampen road vibration. SumoSprings provide progressive load control - the more you load them, the stiffer they become. With a lighter load, the springs will compress easily for soft engagement and a less bumpy ride.
