5th Wheel Hitch for a 2017 Ford F-250 w/ Prep Package and Bakflip Tonneau Cover

Question:

I’m upgrading to a 5th wheel but want to keep my MX4 Bakflip tonneau. Truck is a 2017 F250 with 6.8 foot bed with prep, trailer is 34’, 11,995 lbs GVWR. The MX4 is a four panel aluminum foldup. The first three panels can be folded on top of the front panel or all of them can be folded against the back of the cab. Any ideas which hitch lets me keep the tonneau?

I have a hitch that will fit in the prep package of your 2017 Ford F-250 with 6.8' bed and work with your Bakflip cover. The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider # BWRVK3370 mounts into your prep package without the need for an adapter which allows the hitch to sit with a lower profile.

I have include a picture that shows this hitch installed in a Ford truck with a low profile cover. In the picture you can see that the hitch will sit low enough under the rails to allow you to close your cover.
