46 Inch Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars Are Making Whistling Noise

Hello, just over a year ago I bought the Rhino 46” roof racks for my 2018 Chevy traverse. I used them a couple times last year and they had some high pitch whistling sounds. I tried to diagnose it and once winter came, I stopped. Now that it’s summer I am trying to use them again. The whistling is still happening. Any suggestion? It isn’t just wind noise either. It’s a high pitch whistling sound. Thank you very much!

The high-pitch whistling sound actually is from the wind, so what you want to do is use a wind fairing with your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA118B-2. The best option for that is the 44" fairing:
