On the Swagman R4 4-Bike Bumper Mount Rack # S80600, the spaces between the tire holders are 5 inches. I went ahead and attached a photo that shows these measurements. The space where the rack holds the tires is 2 inches wide. As long as your tires fit within one of the tire spaces, technically your adult trike will fit. This ultimately depends on the space between your left tire and your right tire. The rack is compatible with continuous welded steel square bumpers at least 4" and no more than 4-1/2" wide.
If you find that your trike is not compatible with the spacing of the # S80600, our only other option is the SeaSucker Trike Rack # 298-BD1005. If you go this route, I recommend factoring in the length of your trike to make sure it does not interfere or make contact with your trailer when it is attached to your towing vehicle. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the impressive strength of SeaSucker products.
