The Reese # RP30047 hitch you referenced would do the job. The dual-jaw design will provide excellent king-pin to jaw contact for a quieter and smoother ride.

You'll also need an install kit. Using a custom kit like # RP50140-58 over a universal kit like # RP30035-186 will save a considerable amount of install time, as you won't need to drill into the truck frame to install the frame mounted brackets.

To install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, use # 41157. This wiring harness will plug inline with the connection where the factory harness plugs into the 7-way on the back bumper. No cutting or splicing needed. I've linked to an install video for the wiring harness that you might find helpful.
