Replacement AC Unit for Dometic of Keystone Montana that Uses Same Controls

Question:

Actually, can a 13,500 be replaced with a 15,500 to get additional cooling in front area of trailer? And where do I find the efficiency rating? I will eventually have our 5th wheel on our off-grid property running of my 12 kw whole house solar system, while building the house. So, investing a little extra on all appliances, etc for energy efficiency. Thanks again for quick response, buying from etrailer is always straight forward.

We have RV AC units that were designed to replace Dometic units like what you have with the Advent Air # ACDOM135 which will plug right into the same connections as you have now and will allow you to use your current controls and thermostat.

Yes you can use a 15k BTU unit instead of a 13.5k BTU which we have that with the Advent part # ACDOM150 which comes with the same Dometic hardware/adapter. This draws up to 15 amps since you asked about it's efficiency.
