Recommended Trailer Hitch For A 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan

Hello, it appears the echohitch 306-X7373 receiver is the correct receiver for our 2015 Tiguan. With a tongue weight capacity of 525 pounds oddly enough for the 2015 Tiguan only would I or you? be comfortable attaching a motorcycle carrier plus a small Honda Monkey to the back of our Tiguan? The carrier is 40 pounds and the Monkey is about 240 for a total of 280 pounds. I realize that’s approximately 1/2 the weight the hitch can carry, it makes me a little nervous having just four bolts holding the weight. Should I be concerned?
