Yes, the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # SR1002 will work with your 1998 Isuzu Trooper. This roof rack is designed for vehicles with a naked roof like what you have. The semi-custom fit may be a little annoying to deal with though and the rack is only rated for 130 lbs so if you want something designed specifically for your vehicle and has a 165 lb weight rating I recommend using the Inno square crossbars roof rack kit:
