A topper on your F-150 will not affect the fit at all of the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers - 22-1/2" Jack Clearance # LC429756.
You can use it because this rack installs around your trailer's A-frame jack, so there wouldn't be any type of interference.
