Trailer Hitch and e-Bike Rack Recommendations for a 2016 Audi A3
Question:
2016 A3 convertible. Need to add a hitch and a bike rack that will accommodate an E bike that weighs 63 pounds Possibly two bikes…. 125 pounds total. Is there an option available for this type of need?

For a hitch you can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11399 on your 2016 Audi A3 convertible and then for a bike rack I really like the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA12B. This is a wheel mount bike rack with a weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike so if your bikes don't have front fenders and you remove the battery on each (which I'm assuming the 125 lbs is with the batteries) this will work great!
If you don't have large fenders you might be able to use the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack # SA4025F instead.
I've attached review videos for each for you to check out. If you aren't sure if either rack will work with your bike(s) just let me know what you have and I can look into this further.
