Replacement Regulator for Food Truck with 150k BTU Griddle
Question:
I have a food truck with a 150,000 btu gas griddle. I changed to 100lb tank from two 40lb tanks with an automatic dual regulator. What regulator is need with my set up for single 100lb tank? The photos are what I currently have with my single tank. My grill puts off a lot of soot and pieces of carbon during operation. Im wondering if this could be the issue?

The Camco regulator part # CAM59013 would work great with your griddle as it is rated for up to 200,000 BTU and is a vertical regulator like you currently have. It's possible the regulator is why the grill puts off soot but most likely it's due to the grill itself.
