Since there are no custom fit hitches for the 1954 Ford Crestline, your only option would be a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07. This hitch fits vehicle frames up to 44" and has a 2" receiver. You will need to have a certified welder install the hitch since it is a weld-on installation. Keep in mind, you will be limited by the towing capacity of your vehicle.
