Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Jack Legs Not Extending On A 2017 Cedar Creek 5th Wheel
Question:
I can’t get my jacks or slides out

Expert Reply:
It could be a number of reasons why your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 & slide-outs are not extending.
One reason could be due to over-extending, or something internal may have become bent or stripped. I recommend seeing if you can manipulate the jacks with the manual crank.
If it is not working correctly even with the manual crank, then you likely need a new jack.
If your jack is fine with the manual crank, then you likely have a low battery power issue. You'll want to verify that you're receiving enough power to operate the jacks, as well as verifying that your ground connections are secured tightly, attached to a clean, bare metal surface.
If you've already done this, let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot further.
