Does Replacement Prodigy P3 Brake Controller Use Same Wiring as Old Controller

Question:

No display on P3 Tekonsha serial # P35A1063940 but travel trailer brakes work fine. Confused. Can I just replace unit and plug back into original wiring harness?

Yes you can simply plug in a new Prodigy P3 part # 90195 to the wiring you have now for the damaged brake controller and it would turn right on and use same mounting bracket. It's pretty unusual for the display of the p3 to fail as it's normally very reliable. You might try unplugging it and plugging it back in to see if you get lucky and a reset fixes it.
