Will Roadmaster Active Suspension Raise the Back of 2018 Ford F-150

What about air bags? When they are not inflated and at there lowest pressure will they change ride height when your not underload?

Installation of the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-Y on your 2018 Ford F-150 can raise the back end of the truck a little. According to RoadActive, it is likely you won't even notice but at most you are looking at about an inch. However, if your suspension is worn the lift may be more significant with the added support from the RAS system.
If you have a 4WD model then the # RAS3611-Y is the correct kit for your truck. If you have the 2WD then you will need the # RAS3611-B instead.
