Converting Pin Box of Grand Design 295RL to Gooseneck Hitch
Question:
I want to change my Lippert Turning Point 5th wheel Grand Design 295 to a GN. My tow vehicle is a 2020 2500 Ram with the puck system and I am currently using a BandW Companion 5th wheel and a BandW GN ball. Is there a conversion I can make?

Since we know your Grand Design 295RL has a Lippert 1621 pin box the best way to convert it to a gooseneck hitch will be with a Goose Box like the part # RP85FR which replaces the entire pin box for a cushioned gooseneck that unlike all other options doesn't void your frame warranty.
