If I install the trailer hitch to my camper can you tell me how to add or install the wiring harness to be able to have trailer light on what I’m towing? I mean how do I add a plug to the travel trailer to plug my towing trailer to?

You can install the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A35W42B on your 2020 Heartland RV Prowler Travel Trailer by tapping into the tail light wiring of the trailer and completing the following connections:

White - ground
Brown - tail lights
Yellow - driver side stop/turn
Green - passenger side stop/turn

You'll want to use some heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-10 to ensure a tight seal for your connections.

I do want to note that this is only going to give you lights and the second trailer will not have braking functions so you will need to ensure you follow all towing safety laws and requirements in the areas you plan to tow through.
