Changing From Oil Bath Lippert Axle change To An Axle With Grease Fittings
Question:
I have a tandem axle trailer with 12500Lb air ride Duel wheel Oil Bath Lippert axles that I would like to change from Oil Bath to Grease lubrication. They are EOH disk brakes. Do you have the parts and what is the procedure. Thank you.

All you have to do is remove the oil from the hub and pack it with grease. Next you will have to get the correct Bearing Buddy size by measuring the hub bore with some digital calipers, part # PTW80157. This is the inside diameter of where the grease cap installed on your hub. For example, if your hub bore diameter is 1.98" you will need the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 1980T-SS - Threaded - Stainless Steel (Pair), part # BB1980T-SS.
I have included product description links, a weblink about wheel bearings, and a weblink of all our available Bearing Buddies below.
