my door opening is 251/4 then the flanges where the door shuts are less ,apex coachman 24.5 ? will the LC91572 fit

Yes, they will fit. When measuring the door way, you will measure from the widest part on the inside of the door frame to the opposite sides widest part of the door frame. So with your 25-1/4" measurement, the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 25" to 28-7/8" RV Door Frames # LC791572 are the correct steps for you as long as the entry height of your door is between 27" and 36" tall.
