Underbed Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for 2022 GMC Sierra 3500
Question:
I have an 18k Reese Elite fifth wheel hitch that I wanted to move over into a new truck. The new truck is a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 that does not have the factory fifth wheel hitch prep on it. Is there an undercount system that I can have installed that will work with my existing hitch?

We have a similar underbed fifth wheel hitch and rail kit solution for your 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 but I checked with Reese and they do not have an Elite kit for your truck so there isn't a way to use your current Elite hitch.
The best solution would be a B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3500 which would fit the underbed rail kit part # BWGNRK1020 that is a fit for your truck. The Companion hitches are widely considered to be the best hitches around due to how well made, easy to use, and quiet/smooth they are on the highway. They are also made in the USA. The rail kit also doubles as a gooseneck hitch too.
