For your 2021 Honda Passport the standard 4-way trailer wiring harness you'd want is the Curt T-Connector part # C56291 which installs very easily and has the most reliable converter box. If you needed to convert this to a 5-way then you'd need the part # C57187. I wasn't sure if that's what you meant so I figured I would add that info. There isn't a 5-way wiring kit for your vehicle (or any vehicle since it's pretty rare) which is why you have to first install a 4-way and then convert to a 5-way.
