Does this rear header come with the rear replacement latches or is it just the rear header piece?

The Replacement Rear Header for TruXedo TruXport Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX246901-REARHEADER does not include the rear latches, it is just the replacement rear header piece.

If your tonneau cover was manufactured after April 2011, you can use the Replacement Dual Latch Kit for TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Covers # TX1117755 for replacement latches.

If your cover was manufactured before then, your only option is a full cover replacement.
