For your 2019 Ford F-150 I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56034-53. This base rail kit has custom fit brackets that are designed to fit with the frame of your F-150 so that you don't have to drill into the frame during installation. I've attached a video below that will help walk you through the installation below.

Note: Does not fit models with Ride Height Sensors.

While you're adding in base rails I also recommend installing an in-bed 7-way connector like the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C57008. This will give you a much easy wiring hookup for your fifth wheel so that you don't have to fight the tailgate when hooking up.
