Troubleshooting MaxxAir MaxxFan 4951 Motor Will Not Run

i have a 4951 model the fan motor will not run why?

The first thing I would check on your MaxxAir MaxxFan 4951 is the power. It is possible the motor is not getting enough or any power which would explain the issue. You can check the 12V power using a multimeter like the # PT89ZR.
Assuming the power checks out I would say that the motor is bad. The correct replacement motor is the Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan Plus Roof Vent # MA10-20270.
