Roof Rack Recommendation for My 2010 Chevy Avalanche with a Bare Roof

Sadly none of the racks that clamp on will work. There is nothing to clamp too.

We have something that works for your bare-roof 2010 Chevy Avalanche. For a great setup that works with your roof style, I recommend the following setup:

Not only is this rack designed specifically by Rhino-Rack to fit your Avalanche, the fitment of the Fit Kit does not require any fixed mounting points on the roof itself. This is because the fit kit installs onto your truck by anchoring into your truck's door jambs. I went ahead and attached a video of this style of clamps. Even though the crossbars in the video are different models than the Vortex Aero Crossbars, the installation is nearly identical with the crossbars I suggested.
