Looking for a class 3 hitch and wiring for a round plug

For a hitch that fits your 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT42GR. This is a custom fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a concealed cross tube and will be completely hidden with the bumper panel in place. This features a bolt on installation and a limited lifetime warranty.
It sounds like you're looking to add a 7-way as well. You will need to start by adding the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK39VR. This plugs into existing wiring and will give you a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.
Once the 4-way is installed, you will need to add the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7. This comes with the adapter, wiring, and everything else you need to upgrade to a 7-way connection.
If you are towing a trailer with brakes you will also need a brake controller. The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR is a great choice that will also give you a clean look in your Jeep. The # RED69FR will also be required for installation.
In order to complete your setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
