Replacement Radial Tires For Jet Ski Trailer With 4.80-12 Bias Ply Tires

Question:

Im looking to upgrade my jet ski trailer tires. I currently have 4.80-12 Bias tires. Ive been told Radial tires are the way to go as I currently travel a lot with my trailer. I have a Triton LTWCI-X trailer, should I keep the 12" tires or look to go bigger and maybe do a 13. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I recommend using the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C on your jet ski trailer. This will upgrade you to a radial tire which will perform much better on the road and give you a longer tread life. I do not like going to a larger tire on a boat trailer due to launching and loading your jet ski. The taller tire will require you to back further onto the ramp.

The Counteract Tire Balancing Beads # CA68VR can be used in place of balancing the trailer tires. These beads continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your trailer tires. The kit contains 4 packs of beads, 4 valve cores, 4 self-sealing valve caps, valve core remover, injection bottle, and tube needed to install on 4 tires. The extra beads and parts can be used for your next tire change.
