Is The TrailAir 5th Wheel Pin Box Compatible With The Andersen Ultimate Hitch?

I am confused who makes Trail Air 35-946203 Ultra-Fab Products Or Lippert? Will this 35-946203 work on the Andersen Ultimate hitch? And will it need a lock out kit?

I took a look at the:
- Ultra-Fab TrailAir Air Ride 5th Wheel King Pin # UF35-946203, which is made by Ultra-Fab and is no longer available from the manufacturer, and it turns out that tis pin box is not compatible with the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200, unfortunately as this pin box is not compatible with any type of gooseneck adapter, but I do have another solution.
However, the:
- Curt Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC158778, which replaced the Ultra-Fab TrailAir Air Ride 5th Wheel King Pin # UF35-946203 is compatible with the Andersen Ultimate Connection # AM3200 and does not need a lock out kit.
