Why is Item # TX798101, Truxedo Deuce Tonneau Cover, not confirmed to fit my 2022 F350 with long bed? Do you know width of the rails inside the truck bed?

The TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover item # TX798101 you referenced fits a 2010 - 2014 Ford F-150 6-1/2 Foot Bed or a 2009 Ford F-150 6-1/2 Foot Standard Bed. The beds on that generation of Ford truck were only 51.1" wide.

For your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a long bed you will want the TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover item # TX779601. This is the same model that you were looking at but it fits your 2022 F-350. The beds in the 2022 F-350's are 64.75" W.
