Load Position Of Bike On The Thule EZ Fold
Question:
My current hitch is class 2, 1 1/4. If Im only transporting a single electric bike weighing 65 lb do you think theres any problem with loading it on the outer space of the rack? Im only asking that because it would be easier. I know if youre transporting two bikes they suggest that have your bike always goes on the inside. But in my situation most of the time he will only be my electric bike alone at 65 lb. Thank you!

It is always advised to load the heaver bike inward on all bike racks, not just the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes, # TH903202. While not a hard rule that must be adhered to, it is good practice so as to minimize the leveraged vertical weight on the hitch. If you feel comfortable that your weight is secured, I recommend you load as you wish to.
