The only option for towing mirrors on your 2011 Honda Pilot is universal towing mirrors like the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2. Unfortunately, there are no custom fit mirrors that slide or clip on available. These are confirmed to fit your vehicle.
The # KS3891-2 has a 7-3/4" tall x 5-1/8" wide mirror face and uses rubber pads on the straps to protect your mirror housing from scratches. They have a quick-release and use a ratcheting system which securely tightens the straps over your factory mirrors.
