Yes! The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR definitely works with your wife's e-bike with fenders. This is because the frame-mount attachment style completely bypasses the need to attach to the wheels. With this factor, you avoid any unnecessary risk of damage to the fenders during transport. If you have women's bike frames, children's bikes, or step-thru frames, you need the bike frame adapter bar # 64005 to attach those bike styles to the frame hooks. I went ahead and attached a video that shows how the adapter works.
Since you have a spare tire on your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport, you need to use a hitch extender to clear the rear tire if you have a hitch installed like the Draw-Tite - 2" # DT78MR. This is because the shank length on the Sport Rider SE only measures 5 inches from the center of the pinhole to the closest part of the rack when folded up. For a great extender, I recommend the Curt Extender - 8" # C45791. In order to make sure this is enough length for your hitch, I recommend measuring from your hitch's pinhole to the closest outside surface of your rear bumper. If that distance is less than 13 inches long, you are good to go!
It is important to note that whenever you use a hitch extender, you reduce the overall weight capacity of your hitch by 50%.
