The bike rack that I recommend for your 2 E-bikes on your 2022 Honda CR-V with 2" hitch is the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # NV22G. This bike rack will hold 2 bikes weighing up to 60 lbs. per bike, tires up to 3" wide and includes a repair stand. This bike also has a tilting feature to allow access to your rear cargo area.
If you have tires larger than 3" wide you can add the Phat Bike Adapter Kit # APBK which will allow you to hold tires up to 4.8" wide. We also have the Access Ramp for Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # ANVBRB to help make loading your heavy E-bikes easier.
