Replacing the Atwood GS961LP

Question:

Would like to replace this unit, but not have to alter the hole size to accomodate the Atwood 36681. Is there another replacement unit I could use? Also have the Atwood 900-0140-LPM alarm. I assume this is the alarm for the GS961LP? Should I replace that as well? And if so, what should I use? Thank you for your time.

We have the combined RV Propane Gas and Carbon Monoxide Detector, # RS54FR in black or, # RS34FR for white. This is an easy installation, a simple 2 wire hook up. It comes with two options of mounting brackets to accommodate varying cut out dimensions from 5-1/4" to 6". The larger bracket is overall, 7-1/4" long x 3-3/8" wide and the smaller being 5-3/4" long x 4-1/4" wide.

Using this option will replace both of the detectors/alarms you currently have.
