What do you recommend for this I want to put a trailer hitch on my 2022 330i bmw Thoughts? Part numbers to buy and where?

For your 2022 BMW 330i we have the totally hidden Stealth hitch part # SH34VR which would work great. The lower hitch opening is removable which gives you ability to easily make it totally invisible. If the plan was to tow a small trailer too you'd want the # 391CONVA7 as well.
