Which Terminal of Trailer Junction Box Controls Trailer Brakes

Which one of these wires control trailer brakes? They leap lock up, or what could be problem?

Assuming the person who wired up your junction box followed the correct labelling of the box the terminal that has the "blue" written above it would be the one that controls the trailer brakes. If they are locking up a lot that would indicate that one of the other circuits is shorting out to it which is commonly caused by cut or exposed wiring. If they are locked up all the time it's probably a short between that circuit and the 12 volt accessory circuit which is the terminal labeled black.
