I went ahead and reached out to my contact at Rhino-Rack, and she confirmed that since the door jambs are completely accessible with your dual-panel sunroof, there is no issue with installing the roof rack on your truck. As far as you being able to fully open your sunroof, there is a measurement that you can take to confirm this. I recommend opening your sunroof and measuring the tallest point where the glass opens. If this point does not exceed 3 inches tall, you are good to go!
